The main aim of E-GREEN JOBS project is to improve skills and competences of workers, experts, professionals, freelances involved in green sectors with e-learning technology. From the European perspective the project will contribute to green jobs market development, awarness of green jobs market needs and indirectly stimulate creation of new green vacancies.
The project is composed of 7 partners belonging to 4 Countries: Poland, Italy, Hungary and Portugal.
Duration of the project is 24 months from October 2013 to September 2015 -
A Netpositive Kft együttműködő partnerként részt vesz a „Softis-Ped” címmel az Erasmus+ program finanszírozásában, 2016-2018 közötti időszakban a Marosvásárhelyi Orvos és Gyógyszerészeti Egyetem programvezetése mellett indult projektben. (2016-1-RO01-KA203-024630)
A kutatási projekt lényege, hogy azonosítsa a legfontosabb nem szakmai készségeket (kommunikáció, időbeosztás, átláthatóság, az ellátás környezete, kultúraközi ügyek) a gyermek-egészségügyi ellátás területén. A készségek azonosítása és a helyzet felmérése után képzési csomagot dolgoztak ki a résztvevők a gyermekorvosok és egészségügyi személyzet számára a készségek fejlesztése érdekében.

Leonardo da Vinci project, Transfer of Innovation 2010-1-PL1-LEO05-11470The MASTER project aims to transfer innovative results, methodologies (related to both need analysis and multichannel training design and delivery) and utilities related to adaptive multichannel learning systems in order to support of SMEs workers VET with new programs, channels and opportunities, increase the competitiveness of the SMEs involved, by creating new (and high quality) VET opportunities.
The goal is to transfer the innovation linked to the different projects and knowledges of the partner involved in this project, thanks to a multichannel distance learning allowing to deliver distance services and contents to different users, grounded on both the technological acceptance/availability and the learning processes features. The fundamental issue is to improve in this priority skills and competencies of polish workers in better communication in foreign languages as a milestone for better understanding the constant changes in the European labor market. Skills and qualifications level of polish workers will be constantly prepared for the new requirements of the labor market and educational system. The core MASTER system is the distance learning environment (platform for web and mobile communications) that allows to the different user categories to access to the delivered services (courses and experiments) and the Service centre dedicated to the creation of the contents. The reference target for the MASTER proposal are different type of users represented especially by enterprises and their workers, but also by education system (with regard to the dynamic integration of programs and labor market need as well as in terms of social integrated building of system competences), single worker and professionals. Another very important project innovation is identifying the vocational training needs of the users through the integration of an ontology-driven learning environment called the Adaptive Test Engine, which is a key application for users and also embedded into the multichannel Learning Management System -

Leonardo da Vinci project, Transfer of Innovation 2009-1-PL1-LEO05-05028Starting from the learning needs analysis of the deaf students who are characterized by language disabilities that determine some difficulties in information acquisition and processing, eFESTO will be an innovative e-Learning environment developed and organized to support deaf learners acquiring more skills related to electrical, informatics and digital topics. eFESTO will use a specific didactic system and methodology based on distance learning technologies that delivers both theoretical contents and practical activities using an innovative didactic environment specifically designed to go over learning and language difficulties related to deafness. The eFESTO will empower their effective social and professional inclusion.
